Return Process

  Carefully repackage the item in its original crate or packaging, ensuring all components and manuals are included to prevent damage during transit.

  Arrange Logistics

  Affix the provided shipping labels and schedule a freight pickup for ovens, or drop off smaller accessories at the designated carrier location.

  Inspection and Refund

  Once our warehouse team inspects the returned item for any signs of use or damage, your refund will be processed to your original payment method, minus applicable restocking fees.
